“ Traveling from Bend, which doesn't have a good selection of Mexican food. I ordered a carnitas and asada taco special and my only regret is not ordering more. So delicious! They were so nice and really quick service. I ordered to go and quickly ate the asada taco, it was too good and forgot to take a pic. ”
“ I've got a tradition, every Saturday I go get pozole for takeout. El Rancho never disappoints, and Rosa is the best - by the time I get to the counter to order, she's already got the kitchen starting my pozole whether or not there's a line! ”
“ Totally yum! Very nice people. Absolutely loved the Horchata! Will go again! Thank you. ”
“ The best tacos in town. Home made tortillas, meat is seasoned just right and the staff is always friendly. I don't live close by but it is worth the drive. ”
“ Nice and friendly. We live in SoCal and this spot did not disappoint with its Mexican food. ”
“ Excellent food ambiance and employees. By far the best taqueria in Eugene/Springfield area. Portions are very generous prices are more than fair. Outdoor seating is available and indoor seating is clean and cheerful. Service is amazing .Rosa is so kind and attentive. I am not one who is easily impressed when it comes to restaurant food but this place just blows me away. Photo is of the Pollo combo. ”
“ Great authentic Mexican food. Everyone's always nice. My favorite are the torts. Great little inside and patio dining, available. A nice selection of beverages. ”
“ This is about as authentic as you're going to get in Eugene. Parking is extremely limited...like 2 spots out front limited. It's totally worth it to find somewhere else to park and walk. They've got out door seating and a pretty good size indoor dining area as well. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos and two carnitas tacos with a side of beans and rice. They marinate the carne asada which really sets them apart from other restaurants. It adds so much flavor! The portion sizes were good, I could barely close them. The carnitas were a bit salty for my liking but still really good. Service was great and food came out fast. ”
“ This hole in the wall is the real deal. Legitimate Mexican food on the menu. I had tripa tacos and my wife had chilaquilas. Not your usual el matador chain. Super fresh. Mexican music on the stereo. And, they were open the Sunday after Christmas! Bravo. ”
